Welcome to Top Noble Trucking. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (topnobletrucking.com) and the logistics and transportation services provided by Top Noble Freight Line, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Top Noble Freight Line, LLC is a licensed motor carrier (USDOT 4496538, MC 1778239) providing freight transportation services, including:

Cross-Border Logistics: Freight movement between the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Full Truckload (FTL): Dedicated box truck and cargo van transportation.
Broker Partnerships: Capacity solutions for freight brokers.
General Freight: Transport of packages, supplies, equipment, and household goods.

2. COMPLIANCE AND AUTHORITY

The Company operates in full compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. We maintain all necessary licenses and insurance required for interstate and international operations.

3. SHIPMENT POLICIES & QUOTES

Quotes: All quotes provided via the website or via phone are estimates based on the information provided (weight, dimensions, origin, destination). Final pricing may vary based on actual shipment details, fuel surcharges, or unforeseen accessorial charges (e.g., detention, redelivery).
Bill of Lading (BOL): The terms and conditions of the specific Bill of Lading issued at the time of pickup shall take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding a specific shipment.

4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Customers (Shippers) are responsible for:

Providing accurate weight, dimensions, and descriptions of cargo.
Ensuring freight is properly packaged, marked, and labeled for safe transport.
Ensuring all necessary customs documentation is provided for cross-border shipments (USA/Canada/Mexico).
Disclosing any hazardous materials (Hazmat) prior to booking.

5. LIABILITY AND CARGO CLAIMS

Standard Liability: Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited by our insurance policy and applicable federal law (Carmack Amendment).
Exclusions: We are not liable for loss or damage caused by acts of God, public authorities, strikes, inherent vice of the cargo, or the shipper’s act of default (e.g., improper packaging).
Claim Filing: All cargo claims must be filed in writing within the timeframe specified by the Bill of Lading and applicable law.

6. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Payment terms are as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection costs.
For broker partnerships, payment terms are governed by the specific Broker-Carrier Agreement executed between the parties.

7. WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on topnobletrucking.com (text, logos, images) is the property of Top Noble Freight Line, LLC and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not use our website for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Noble Freight Line, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use of our website or the delay of freight delivery.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these Terms or our services shall be brought in the courts located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
